2008 CMS ESRD Network External Stakeholder Meeting

Event: End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Network (NW) Program Redesign

Agency: Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS), Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).

Summary: CMS will be hosting a series of public meetings on the ESRD NW Program. We invite feedback and recommendations from external stakeholders to identify quality improvement opportunities for the ESRD NWs. These meetings will focus on how we can transition (redesign) the Program to achieve greater strength in the following areas:
