Biographies: Ms. Rosales is a clinical resource leader at Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) in Glendale, Arizona.
Ms. Borja is a clinical resource leader for the in-patient acute dialysis facility at MIHS in Glendale, Arizona.
Mr. Patyniak is a clinical resource leader at MIHS in Glendale, Arizona.
Mr. Rubin is the facility manager of a 60-patient home dialysis unit serving east Phoenix and eastern Arizona. He is also the clinical practice administrator at MIHS in Glendale, Arizona.
