Lisa Hall has been the Patient Services Director for ESRD Network 16 since 2010. Prior to that, she served as Patient Services Director for ESRD Network 7. She has been published in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks and presents nationally on vocational rehabilitation, emergency preparedness, ethics, conflict resolution, social media, and psychosocial/spiritual impact of kidney disease. Lisa has served as a leader/advisor to the CNSW Executive Committee, the KCER Coalition, and the Journal of Nephrology Social Work.
Gary Moore is a husband, father, professional rope splicer, and avid music lover from Anchorage, Alaska. He’s also a peritoneal dialysis patient. Gary is active in the kidney community, volunteering with the ESRD Network 16 Patient Advisory Committee, ESRD NCC National Patient and Family Engagement Learning and Action Network, and the Kidney Community Emergency Response Program.
Lonnie Green is a in-center hemodialysis patient from Atlanta, Georgia who began dialysis in 1998. He’s an active member on the ESRD National Patient and Family Engagement Learning and Action Network as well as the ESRD Network 6 Patient Advisory Committee.
The presenters will:
- Provide workplace health and safety tips.
- Review rehabiliation and employment services available for kidney patients.
- Share patient work experiences during pandemic.
