Biographies:

Allison Vinson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is the Lead Social Worker for the South Alabama and Florida Panhandle Region with Fresenius Kidney Care. She has been a Social Worker for the past 24 Years, and has worked for Fresenius for 9 of those years. She is on the Board of the National Kidney Foundation of Florida and the Florida Renal Association.

Lee Parrott has been in the dialysis field in Jackson, MS for 24 years as a social worker and is currently the Lead Social Worker for the FMC Mississippi/North East Louisiana Region.

Presentation Objectives:

The presenters will:

  • Share best practices for reducing stress.
  • Provide tips for physical and emotional self-care.
  • Demonstrate small activities that can be done each day for mental well-being.
